eCater Connectivity issues have been reported UPDATE #1 (RESOLVED)

As of 11:30 AM ET, all eCater sites were back online.  We made the decision to bypass the Web Application Firewall (Sucuri, Inc.) to eliminate any issues you may have throughout the day.  Sucuri Inc. resolved the issue, and we will start integrating the WAF throughout the evening.  

Our team will continue to monitor this issue closely.

eCater Connectivity issues have been reported

Customers have reported connectivity issues and receive the below firewall error. We are aware and are currently working with our Web Application Firewall (WAF) vendor to resolve the issue. Yesterday our WAF vendor, Sucuri, Inc., reported the issue and are still working to correct the problem.
