As of 11:30 AM ET, all eCater sites were back online.  We made the decision to bypass the Web Application Firewall (Sucuri, Inc.) to eliminate any issues you may have throughout the day.  Sucuri Inc. resolved the issue, and we will start integrating the WAF throughout the evening.
